Residential and commercial renovation
Kitchen, bathroom, basement, retail space or whole house: a renovation that is planned, clean and structured, with electrical integrated from the start.
Modernize without bad surprises
Renovating a 1970s home in Charlesbourg, a cottage in Saint-Raymond or a store in Donnacona starts with understanding what's behind the walls: structure, insulation, plumbing, wiring. Nuvem does that diagnosis before pricing, so the quote reflects the building's reality rather than an optimistic guess.
Kitchens, bathrooms and basements
Reconfigured spaces, load-bearing walls replaced by beams, plumbing and electrical brought up to date, quality finishing. For basements, we deal with moisture and insulation before thinking about finishes.
Major renovation and code upgrades
Envelope replacement (roofing, windows, siding), insulation and air sealing to cut heating bills, insurer-required electrical upgrades, accessibility adaptations: we coordinate every trade and inspection.
Commercial spaces
Fit-outs for offices, shops, clinics and restaurants, often with opening-date pressure. We work in phases and after hours when needed.

FAQ
What clients ask us
How much does a kitchen or bathroom renovation cost?
It depends on scope (reconfiguration or not), materials and the condition of plumbing and electrical. We price after a diagnosis to avoid extras.
Do I need a permit to renovate?
Not for finishing work, but yes for structure, envelope, openings and often plumbing. We tell you what applies in your municipality.
Can I live in the house during the work?
Usually yes, except for a major renovation touching every room. We isolate the work zone and schedule water and power cuts.
Do you take small jobs?
We focus on structured projects (full room, basement, envelope). For small electrical jobs, our Electrical division steps in directly.
