Nuvem is a Quebec City company that brings three trades under one roof: electrical, construction and telecommunication. From the electrical panel to the top of the towers, one team, one standard.
Born on the towers, rooted in the region
Nuvem télécommunications inc. climbed first: tower erection, marking and cell-site maintenance for major carriers, on sites that are often remote and demanding. That trade forges a culture — rigour, safety, respect for deadlines, the ability to deliver in tough conditions — which we then put to work for homeowners, businesses and farmers in the Quebec City region.
The Electrical division, a member of the Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec, came naturally: our lineworkers and electricians were already connecting complex sites. Then the Construction division, with a general contractor licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, to offer what our clients were asking for: one point of contact able to pour the foundation, raise the structure and wire the electrical.
Today, Nuvem serves the 28 municipalities of the north shore — from Saint-Marc-des-Carrières to Baie-Saint-Paul — for electrical and construction, and all of Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes for telecommunication, in partnership with Telus, Vidéotron, Rogers and Telener.

Declared, insured and guaranteed work
RBQ licence 5813-6219-01 — Nuvem télécommunications inc. holds a licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, mandatory to act as a general contractor and electrical contractor. Every job site is declared, insured and covered by the applicable warranties.
CMEQ member — Our electrical work is done by qualified electricians under the responsibility of a master electrician, member of the Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec. We issue the compliance certificates recognized by insurers.
Health and safety — Work at height, lifting, confined spaces, electricity: our crews complete the training required by the CNESST and major clients, and every site has its safety plan.
Field people, led by a field man
Nuvem is led by Jocelyn Morin, who built the company from tower erection and is still present on job sites. Around him: project managers, lineworkers, electricians, carpenters and operators, based in Quebec City and mobile wherever projects take us.
