Telecommunication across Quebec
Based in Quebec City, our tower-erection and civil-works crews travel to every region of Quebec, from the industrial parks of the Capitale-Nationale to the remote sites of Nord-du-Québec.
A network to build from one end of the province to the other
Quebec is vast, and cellular, radio and broadcast networks must cover it: the valleys of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, the Côte-Nord and Gaspésie coastlines, the mining zones of Abitibi-Témiscamingue, hydroelectric projects and communities of Nord-du-Québec. Nuvem erects guyed, self-supporting and monopole towers there, pours their foundations, installs equipment shelters and provides marking and annual maintenance.
Partners and clients
We work in partnership with Telus, Vidéotron, Rogers and Telener, as well as site owners, municipalities, forestry and mining companies and private network operators. Our crews are used to the health-and-safety requirements of major clients and to industrial-site access procedures.
Remote-area logistics
Mobilization by truck, ATV, snowmobile or helicopter depending on the site, work camps, weather-window and winter-road planning: logistics is part of the service. We prepare every deployment with a lift plan, a safety plan and a realistic schedule that accounts for the season.
Capitale-Nationale and surroundings
In the greater Quebec City region — Portneuf, Jacques-Cartier, Côte-de-Beaupré, Charlevoix — we respond quickly for maintenance, marking, tower reinforcement and new sites, with the support of our Electrical and Construction divisions for connections and civil works.

FAQ
What carriers ask us
Do you work in Nord-du-Québec and on the Côte-Nord?
Yes. We plan mobilization (road, winter road, helicopter), lodging and weather windows to deliver remote sites.
Do you handle the foundations and civil works of your own towers?
Yes — our strength: foundations, slabs, shelters, fencing and access are done by our crews, with no subcontractors to coordinate.
Do you offer annual site maintenance in Quebec?
Yes: inspection, torque checks, marking, snow removal and access upkeep, with photo reports.
