FAQ
Your questions about our services in Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier
My new home already has a 200 A panel — can I add a hot tub, charger and heat pump?
Often yes, after a load calculation. If headroom is short, a load manager for the charger avoids overloading the panel.
Are there rules for building near Lac Saint-Joseph?
Yes: shoreline strip, distances and revegetation. We build these requirements into the drawings and permit application.
Do you also build in Fossambault-sur-le-Lac and Lac-Saint-Joseph?
Yes, we serve the whole Jacques-Cartier area.
