FAQ
Your questions about our services in Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury
Do you build in winter in Stoneham?
Yes. The foundation is ideally poured before frost; structure and envelope continue through winter, accounting for snowed-in access.
Which generator for a short-term rental cottage in Stoneham?
An automatic generator, so guests have nothing to do during an outage. We install it with a transfer switch.
Are there tree-cutting rules for building?
Yes, the municipality regulates cutting and forest-cover preservation. We factor it into the siting.
